Business Analyst

Business Analyst

Location: Primarily remote

Salary: £40K – £45K dependent on experience and expectations.

As a Business Analyst you will work with Product Managers / Owners and other key stakeholders to effectively analyse business requirements, both functional and non-functional and build product backlogs to enable development teams to deliver product changes.  You will be involved in the end-to-end software development lifecycle from product idea to releasable software, following Agile / SCRUM principles, working closely with the development team.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will collaborate with all stakeholders as part of the Analysis phase ensuring all perspectives are considered
  • Represent the analysis team ensuring that teams are following best practices, for example BDD.
  • You will present solutions to problems raised by the external customer or internal product team.
  • You will take responsibility for owning the requirement and seeing through from start to finish with the development team.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Business Analysts role, in a software development environment.
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Exceptional communication skills.  Comfortable in working with Stakeholders at all levels and running workshops.
  • Organisational skills; role will demand involvement in multiple, concurrent projects.
