IT Change & Transition Manager

IT Change & Transition Manager

Location: Swindon

Salary: c.50K basic salary

Core purpose of the role is to take responsibility for ensuring that Change Policy, Process and Procedure is followed to a high standard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running Technical Assessment meeting and the CAB.
  • Monitor change process effectiveness and efficiency by producing management reports and analysis.
  • Follow up on on any change related operational risks, looking at lessons learnt to improve the change process.
  • Maintain service catalogue, making sure that each key area is evaluated, authorised and added to service catalogue.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience implementing Service Transition processes based on best practice.
  • ITIL Foundation V3 is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management
  • Understanding of IT Support and how new services environment, preferable.
