ICT Network Manager

ICT Network Manager – Greenwich, London – ONSITE – £35,000-£39,000

 

Our client is looking to recruit an ICT Network Manager to join their team working with a School and support the ICT Systems and Network infrastructure.

 

You will be accountable for the on-site daily management of the ICT Systems and Services of the client, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are attained and  you will be providing excellent technical support and first-class customer service with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

 

You will be working closely with the partnership and school leadership team to support the expansion of the Trust to additional schools in different locations focussing on the ICT System and associated Change processes with this.

 

You will be the primary point of contact for all 1st and 2nd line issues, so you will need to have previous experience of this along with solid experience of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, WAN/LAN, Office 365 and SCCM/MDT.

 

Another key aspect for candidates applying for this role which is a non-negotiable is you must have experience of working in the education sector – so ideally a school, college, or university.
