Field Support Analyst – £28,000-£30,000

Our client are looking to recruit a Field Support Engineer to cover office locations Northampton, Bedford and Luton. You will need to have a clean drivers licence and be be based no more than an hour away from each location.

Technically, you will need to be competent in the below:

Windows OS (10, 365)

Active Directory

Office 365 (O365)

Exchange

Routers/Switches

VOIP

Security

On a day to day basis, you will be responding to incidents raised on a ticketing system via phone, email or in person, keep people updated on on-going issues until completed and escalating to management ahead of the SLA’s being breached if you are unable to make the fix.
