Salesforce Project Manager

Salesforce Project Manager – Remote – £40,000 to £45,000

Our client is looking to add a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Salesforce, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., financial services, healthcare] sector.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
