IT Security Analyst

Newcastle client looking to add an experienced IT Security Analyst to their growing division.  Working in conjunction with the Head of IT Security you will play a pivotal role in managing the security of the IT systems across the group.

Although Newcastle based, you will only be in the office a few times a month.

The successful IT Security Analyst will help drive processes and procedures with the IT team and will be responsible for IT security governance and compliance.  With a proven background in IT risk assessments and technologies your background in IT Security will cover:

  • External security penetration tests
  • IS internal & external security audits
  • Risk assessment methodologies
  • GDPR
  • Security frameworks (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, PCI DSS)
  • Data protection and compliance
