1st Line Support Analyst
1st Line Support Analyst – c.£20K
Marketing leading data analytics firm, based in Bath are looking for 1st line support analyst. A fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in IT, with prospects in to 2nd line.
Core responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Monitor incoming Tickets via the support Portal and those raise via email
- Access in to users workstations remotely, to update licences
- Join on call rota, supporting users in the evenings and weekends. Any calls picked up with be paid as over-time.
Suitable applicants will experience in, but not limited to:
- Excellent communication skills
- Focused on customers and delivering an excellent service
- Happy to work in fast paced environment, in-line with SLAs and KPIs
- Comfortable in analsysing workload with managers
- Able to come in to office 50% of the time: Central Bath
