2nd Line Support

2nd Line Support – £25,000-£30,000 – Preston – 5 days a week in the office

 

Our client are looking to bring in a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team in a 5 day a week in the office capacity, so candidates to apply for this role must be comfortable with this fact.

 

The position will require candidates to come in with some commercial experience at 2nd line level and looking to progress your career with an organisation that can offer this and a wide variety of technologies and in a really interesting sector!

 

Technically, you will need a good grasp of:

 

• Microsoft Windows
• MS Office
• Active Directory
• Exchange
• Understanding of networked printers
• Experience of working on Service Desk

 

Given that the role is fully office based, you would require a driver licence and a really strong team spirit as you will be joining a fantastic team in Preston that will be going from strength to strength in 2023 and you could be an early addition to this growth!
