ERP Project Manager

Wiltshire client are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end ERP implementations across the business for an initial 3 months. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver ERP implementation and upgrade projects (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).  Ideally Business Central.
• Background Power BI and Jet Reports
• Own project governance, scope, planning, risk, and change management
• Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design reviews
• Ensure data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities are delivered successfully
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience working with system integrators and external vendors
• Solid project management background (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience
