ICT Support Engineer

ICT Support Engineer – £22,000 to £28,000 – Office Based

 

IT Support company and Microsoft & Google Partner based in Swindon providing on-site technical support to SME’s & schools in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT support technician to join our growing team.

 

Responsibilities include: –

· Provide support and network management to our clients, both remotely and onsite

· Find solutions to problems and have a hands-on approach to support activities

· Routine Microsoft system admin tasks, group policy, user creation & general system management

· Third party liaison on behalf of the client

 

A successful candidate would be able to show good working knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems, Windows server version (Active Directory), Networking Installations; managing and troubleshooting switches/routers/wireless access points and controlled wireless networks, Good PC/laptop hardware knowledge with some repair knowledge, Supporting mobile devices and relevant OS.

 

Additionally, you will need:

· To hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for daily business use.

· Have a valid visa to live and work in the UK

· Have no criminal record and be able to pass DBS checks
