Senior Developer – £70,000-£80,000 – Remote

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services to join our team. This is a key role focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that support our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience with cloud-based services, and a strategic mindset. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, and applicants should be capable of gaining SC clearance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, entities, and applications within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems using Azure services, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance performance within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Maintain high standards of software development, including best practices for testing, security, and deployment.

 

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including customisations, plugins, workflows, and data integration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Solid experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions in a cloud-based environment.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development within Dynamics 365.

 

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable approach to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are advantageous.
