IT Compliance Analyst

IT Compliance Analyst

Salary: c.55K

Location: Chippenham. 2 days per week in the office.

IT Compliance analyst required to join dynamic and expanding business in the north Wilts area.  You will be fully conversant with IT compliance concepts and also have the drive and personality to act as an evangelist for the function across the business.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with fellow team members and other departments to address customer assurance requests, preparing responses to customer inquiries.
  • Work with senior managers across business to drive to information security agenda and ensure that it meets complex compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with senior analysts, reporting compliance, regulatory, vendor and cyber maturity assessment and reporting.
  • Assist with the development of control frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Supports UK DPO in providing technical expertise in relation to UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR 2003.

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of information security control frameworks e.g., NIST, ISO 27001/27002.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance mandates:  PCI, CCPA, GDPR.
  • Proven experience in an IT Security  role including developing information security policies and plans.
  • Understanding of information security concepts, protocols, industry best practices and strategies.
