Location: Swindon – 3 days per week in the office
Salary: c.£60K
Experienced Service Desk manager required to join market leading financial services SME and drive forward the function, delivering first class service to users.
Core responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the team’s compliance with agreed ITIL processes.
- Own resolutions of all IT calls by working with other support teams.
- Proactively look at ways to reduce call volumes by working with the Problem and Technical Training Manager.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Suitable applicants will have experience in the following:
- Experienced in managed team supporting in excess of 1000 users.
- In-depth understanding of Helpdesk best practice and ITIL
- Formal management experience of helpdesk and service delivery specialists
- Strong technical foundation with excellent O365, desktop and application support skills.
