Swindon/Wiltshire client is looking to add an experienced Salesforce Developer to their innovative and dynamic team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization. The role will be office based 1 to 2 days per week.
As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will help drive the Salesforce initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the Salesforce platform’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks using Salesforce APIs, ETL tools, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize our Salesforce environment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the quality and stability of delivered solutions.
- Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
