SQL Data Analyst Manager 

SQL Data Analyst Manager with Power BI expertise – £40,000 to £45,000 – hybrid

Swindon/Wiltshire data-driven decision-making organisation are seeking a motivated and experienced SQL Data Analyst Manager with proven Power BI pedigree to lead their small team of analysts and leverage their skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics to drive insights and support business goals.  The role will also see you gain exposure to Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, SQL queries, and data visualization.
  • Data Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of databases and ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Translate these findings into actionable insights for senior management and various business units.
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other business metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and finance to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and systems, implement automation, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
