PMO Analyst

Wiltshire client are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst with strong expertise in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) Management to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project governance, ensuring effective risk management, and maintaining project control frameworks. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to enhance project execution and mitigate risks proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain RAID logs, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Provide regular risk assessments and status reports to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure dependencies and assumptions are clearly defined and managed.
  • Establish and improve PMO processes, tools, and templates for effective RAID management.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Facilitate risk and issue workshops to identify potential threats and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for governance, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a PMO Lead role, with a strong emphasis on RAID management.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
