IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – Swindon – £30,000 to £40,000

Swindon/Wiltshire organisation are looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to their growing team. This role is office based x5 days a week. A varied position you will support the IT infrastructure while ensuring the security and integrity of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other hardware.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including Firewalls, intrusion detection systems and antivirus software.
• Providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of the IT department.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong technical skills, including experience with networking, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• O365 (Azure AD)
• Windows Server Admin, MS Servers, VMWare, Active Directory.
• Intune a MS Defender a plus
• Networking, LAN, VLAN, WAN, Switches, Routers
• UK driving licence
