ServiceNow Business Analyst
ServiceNow BA – Permanent – £55,000-£63,000 – Homebased
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our clients team, supporting the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Service Management platform – used by both internal and external staff and customers.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and end users to deliver system configuration, application support, testing, and documentation — ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Key responsibilities:
Capture and translate business and user requirements into actionable stories (Agile)
Design and configure ServiceNow applications and services
Support testing and deployment processes
Provide BAU support for ServiceNow incidents and requests
Represent stakeholders across planning, development, and release cycles
Help drive adoption of ServiceNow solutions
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with system maintenance and new implementations
Hands-on knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design, and UI Actions
Experience with CSM module and ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Reporting
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
Excellent communication skills
Ability to gain SC clearance (or ideally already cleared)
