2nd Line IT Support Analyst – Newbury

2nd Line IT Support Analyst – Newbury – £30,000 to £35,500 + bonus

Newbury/Berkshire growth organisation are looking to add a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to their established team. With a customer centric approach the remit of this office based position will see you providing IT technical support across the group. Working within a Microsoft environment you will use your knowledge of IT and cyber security to resolve or escalate technical issues. Our client have an excellent culture and offer all positions with training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support to the business via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in IT Support.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Driving licence.
