Test Analyst – Swindon/Hybrid – £34,000-£35,000

Swindon/Wiltshire client is looking for a Test Analyst to join their established team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of their business-critical systems, including Dynamics CRM. This role is primarily focused on manual testing, but experience in test automation would be a bonus along with an interest in CMS solutions.

This is a hybrid role that would require you in the Swindon office at least 1 a week.

Key Responsibilities – working on a Dynamics CRM solution:

• Plan, create, and execute manual test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of test plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  Assist in test automation if experienced, but this is not a core requirement.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in a commercial Dynamics CRM environment.
• Experienced in manual testing (functional, regression, UAT, and integration).
• A relevant test certification such as ISEB, ISTQB or tech sector qualification that could be beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate testing insights effectively.
