Project Manager – Swindon/Wiltshire/Remote hybrid – £50,000

Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of PRINCE2 and Scrum frameworks. This role involves creating comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and overseeing projects from inception to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Utilise both Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate for different projects.
• Apply PRINCE2 and Scrum frameworks to manage and execute projects effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of PRINCE2 and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent project planning and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

This is a hybrid role that will involve being in Swindon 3 times a week.
