Automation Test Analyst – Swindon – £40,000 to £45,000

Our Swindon client, a forward‑thinking organisation with a strong engineering culture, is seeking an experienced Automation Test Analyst to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in modern delivery environments and enjoys building high‑quality automated test solutions.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with one day per week required in the Swindon/Wiltshire office.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing automated test suites using Playwright or Selenium
• Building and maintaining automation frameworks across web and API layers
• Writing high‑quality test scripts in C#
• Executing automated tests within a CI/CD pipeline
• Collaborating closely with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC
• Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and tooling

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in automation testing
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright or Selenium
• Proven ability to test APIs using modern tools and approaches
• Confident writing automation scripts in C#
• Experience working within CI/CD environments
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to attend the Swindon office once per week
