Developer – 6 Months | Remote – Outside IR35 – Swindon/Wiltshire

If you’re a seasoned Developer with a passion for building robust, scalable integration solutions in Azure, this contract will give you the chance to support a leading Swindon/Wiltshire organization.  The remit will focus on designing, building, and maintaining integration components across a modern Azure ecosystem.

You’ll take ownership of developing and maintaining integration components using a wide range of Azure services, including:

• Azure API Management
• Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Service Bus
• Event Grid
• Monitoring and observability tooling

You’ll also design, build, test, and support secure, version‑controlled, well‑documented RESTful APIs, ensuring they’re reliable, scalable, and easy to support.

Your Background:

A strong technical foundation is essential. You’ll be confident working across:

• RESTful API design & operation Including OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication, versioning, throttling, caching, and security best practice.
• Azure integration & serverless technologies, hands‑on experience with API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and related services.
• C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong SQL capability and experience with Azure Storage (Table, Blob, Queue) for integration payloads, data management, and analysis.
